March Week Two

This week we focused on the life and sounds of David Bowie, talking about his music, lyrics, influences, and the huge mark he left on the world. May Bowie rest in peace.

LISTENING

For original version, listen to some people's memories about different famous songs or try your hand at filling in the blanks of some famous Bowie songs.

READING
Learners can read a Bowie lyrics quiz (1 and 2) or about the release of Bowie's last album before Blackstar.

For original version, take a look at six decades of his life, or read part of an interview that looks at some of the stories behind his songs.

WRITING
So this week you've learned a lot about Bowie through our class activities and homework. Time to write a short essay about his life and influence!
